Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations. Available shipping options and destinations are shown at checkout.

Processing times
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, promotions or launches, processing times may be longer.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and are provided as a guide only. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing or peak periods.

Delivery charges
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is taken. Any free delivery thresholds or promotional shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website.

International orders
For international deliveries, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees imposed by the destination country, unless stated otherwise at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Failed or delayed deliveries
If a delivery is delayed or fails due to incorrect address details provided at checkout, or if the parcel is not collected, we may need to charge an additional fee to re-dispatch the order.

Risk and ownership
Risk in the products passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided. Ownership of the products passes once we have received payment in full.
