We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns window

We accept returns for online orders within 30 days of delivery.

You must notify us of your decision to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must then be sent back to us within a reasonable time after that notification.

This applies to change-of-mind returns and is in line with UK consumer law.


Return conditions

All returned items are inspected on arrival. To be eligible for a refund, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
  • Not be soiled, damaged, or affected by odour, cosmetics, or other products

You may try items on as you would in a shop, but items showing signs of wear or use cannot be refunded.

If a return does not meet these conditions, it may be rejected and returned to you.


How to request a return

To notify us that you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return

Returns must be notified to us within the returns window. Returns sent without notifying us first may be delayed or refused.


Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until received by us

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For valid change-of-mind cancellations, we refund:

  • The item price
  • The cost of standard delivery (if applicable)

Express or upgraded delivery charges are non-refundable.


Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos where available.

In these cases, we will:

  • Cover the return shipping cost
  • Refund all delivery charges, or offer a replacement where appropriate

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or use
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons (such as underwear or swimwear) where the seal has been removed after delivery

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
