TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE SALES

Where to find information about us and our products
You can find everything you need to know about us, Camporian Ltd, and our products on our website before you place an order. We also confirm key information to you in writing after you order, by email.
These terms apply only to the sale of products from our website. Separate terms apply to use of the website and other services.

Placing an order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy products from us. We only accept orders once we have checked them and sent you an order confirmation email. A legally binding contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance.

When we may reject an order
We may reject an order, for example, if:
→ a product is unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable;
→ your order is flagged as unusual or potentially fraudulent;
→ we believe products are being purchased for unauthorised resale;
→ your payment details cannot be verified;
→ there is a pricing or product description error.

If we reject an order, we will inform you by email and refund any money paid as soon as possible.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes or duties are shown at checkout.
Payment is taken at the time you place your order. You will own the products once payment has been received in full.

Delivery
Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and on our Shipping page.
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to you.

Your legal right to change your mind
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive the products, for most items bought online.

When you cannot change your mind
You do not have the right to cancel an order for:
→ products sealed for health or hygiene reasons (such as underwear or swimwear) once unsealed after delivery;
→ goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

How to cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days of delivery. You can do this by contacting us or submitting a return request through our returns portal.

Returns and refunds
Details of how to return products, return conditions, exclusions, return costs and refund processing are set out in our Returns Policy.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within the timescales required by law once returned products are received and inspected.

If there is something wrong with your product
We have a legal duty to supply products that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product is faulty.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Products may vary slightly from images
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours and appearance may vary depending on your device or settings.

Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. Discount codes cannot usually be combined and may exclude certain products.

Our responsibility for loss or damage
We are responsible for losses you suffer caused by us breaking this contract, unless the loss:
→ was not foreseeable;
→ was caused by events outside our control;
→ could have been avoided by reasonable action;
→ relates to business or commercial use.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of your country of residence within the United Kingdom.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order will apply.
